• SUVs, trucks, and oversized vehicles incur a $40 surcharge.
• Final quotes may increase if undisclosed issues (e.g., severe stains, pet damage) are discovered during service.

• Payment is due upon completion of service unless otherwise agreed.
• A deposit may be required for large or multi-day projects.

• Cancellations within 24 hours of the appointment may incur a $20 fee.
• We reserve the right to reschedule due to inclement weather, equipment failure, or safety concerns.

• A pre-service inspection will be conducted to assess your vehicle’s condition and finalize pricing.

• We are not liable for:
  
  • Pre-existing damage (e.g., scratches, stains, mechanical issues).
  • Items left in the vehicle during service.
  • Wear and tear on aging/faded materials (e.g., cracked leather, brittle plastic).
• Clients must disclose hazards (e.g., biohazards, sharp objects) before service.

• While we strive for excellence, results may vary due to material age, prior treatments, or environmental factors.
• Specific outcomes (e.g., stain/odor removal) are not guaranteed.

• We may decline service for vehicles deemed unsafe, pest-infested, or contaminated with biohazards.

• Remove all valuables and personal items before service. We are not responsible for lost, damaged, or misplaced items.

Satisfaction & Complaints

• Report concerns within 48 hours of service completion for resolution.
